Plots & Bespoke Chalet Construction in Switzerland

In collaboration with local Chalet Construction Companies Swiss-Sun is able to offer custom built chalets in selected resorts and village.

The first phase of building a bespoke chalet is finding a plot. Once a plot is found we obtain the necessary permits required for building. Then plans are drawn up with an architect deposits are paid and construction begins. Most projects are completed within 18 month.
